What are my fees at the Be At Home Utah Referral Brokerage?
$99 per year. Nothing else.
Can I become an active agent again?
YES! You can hang your real estate license at our full-service brokerage, or any brokerage, and go active again, anytime.
Can I represent my own clients?
Utah Division of Real Estate prohibits agents who hang their license with a referral-only brokerage from representing clients. You can only refer business to another licensed Agent and collect a referral fee.
Are there any other fees?
You will be required to renew your license with the Utah Division of Real Estate in order to maintain active referral status and earn referral income.
